We are official, authorized dealers for all the products we sell. Warranty service varies by brand — for BlackVue and Thinkware, warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer. For Vantrue and Vueroid, FFB Tech administers warranty replacements directly.

  • Devices not purchased from an authorized retailer
  • Device malfunction due to normal wear and tear, misuse, lack of maintenance, accidents, modification, or repairs by an unauthorized person or entity
  • Products operated in combination with ancillary or peripheral equipment not furnished or certified by the manufacturer
  • Any damages, loss or corruption of data, product damage, or personal injuries due to accidents or natural disasters
  • Accidents with a light impact that is not enough to activate the impact detection sensor
