Return Window
30 Days
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, including open-box items. Items must be returned with all original parts and packaging. A restocking fee may apply for items returned damaged or missing components.
Free Return Shipping

Manufacturer Warranty
Most products carry a manufacturer's warranty beyond our 30-day window. BlackVue and Thinkware warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer; Vantrue and Vueroid claims are administered by us directly. See our Warranty page for details.
Note on discounted or bundled orders: If your order qualified for a discount because it included a specific combination of items (for example, adding an accessory to unlock a percentage off your order), and you return one of the qualifying items, the discount will be recalculated based on your final order contents. Refunds are issued based on what you actually keep, not the original discounted price of items you return.
