This driver-facing camera can replace the regular rear-facing camera of your dual-channel BlackVue dashcam.

Note: this is the interior infrared camera. Like any infrared camera, day and night colors will be different from a regular rear camera.

Warranty

We are official, authorized dealers for all the products we sell. Warranty service varies by brand — for Blackvue and Thinkware, warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer. For Vantrue and Vueroid, FFB Tech administers warranty replacements directly.


Blackvue

BlackVue dash cams purchased January 1, 2024 and later bear a two-year warranty. Add-on products (Power Magic Pro, Power Magic Battery Pack, etc.) and accessories bear a one-year warranty period. Memory cards are covered by a 6-month warranty. Consumables such as tapes, cable clips, and tools such as microSD card readers, pry tools, and SIM ejector tools are not covered by warranty. Even within the warranty period, if the malfunction is due to user negligence, repairs may be handled for a fee. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to receive warranty service.

Thinkware

Thinkware warrants to the original purchaser against deficiencies in material and workmanship under normal use. Should the unit fail to operate satisfactorily within the warranty period, Thinkware will at its discretion replace or repair the product. Functionally equivalent, reconditioned, or remanufactured products or parts may be used.

  • Main dash cam unit: 12 months
  • All accessories: 12 months
  • MicroSD card: 6 months

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to receive warranty service.

This warranty does not cover:

  1. Devices not purchased from an authorized Thinkware retailer
  2. Device malfunction due to normal wear and tear, misuse, lack of maintenance, accidents, modification, alteration, or repairs by an unauthorized person or entity
  3. Products operated in combination with ancillary or peripheral equipment not furnished or certified by Thinkware
  4. Any damages, loss or corruption of data, product damage, or personal injuries due to accidents or natural disasters
  5. Accidents with a light impact that is not enough to activate the impact detection sensor

Vantrue

Vantrue dashcams carry an 18-month manufacturer warranty. Vantrue accessories carry a 12-month manufacturer warranty. FFB Tech administers warranty replacements for Vantrue products purchased through our store — if you have a warranty issue please use the Contact Us page on our website and we will take care of you.

Please note that LTE module setup, cloud service issues, and account related support require direct assistance from Vantrue as we do not have access to customer account information. For those issues and for general product support, Vantrue can also be reached directly at vantrue.net.


Vueroid

Vueroid dashcams carry a 2-year manufacturer warranty. Memory cards carry a 6-month warranty.
