Refund policy
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all original parts and packaging. This applies to open-box items as well — they're covered under the same 30-day policy as new items.
A restocking fee may apply for items returned damaged or missing components.
Free return shipping
We provide a prepaid return shipping label for all eligible returns. Start your return by contacting us through our Contact Us page, and we'll get you a label right away.
Discounts, bundles, and multi-item orders
If your order qualified for a discount because it included a specific combination of items (for example, adding an accessory to unlock a percentage off your order), and you return one of the qualifying items, the discount will be recalculated based on your final order contents. Refunds are issued based on what you actually keep, not the original discounted price of items you return.
Manufacturer Warranty
Most products we sell carry a manufacturer's warranty beyond our 30-day return window:
- BlackVue and Thinkware: warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer. We'll help connect you with the right contact.
- Vantrue and Vueroid: FFB Tech administers warranty replacements directly — contact us and we'll take care of it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm receipt and let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Late or missing refunds
Check your bank account first, then contact your card issuer or bank — processing can take a few business days. Still missing? Contact us at chris@ffb-tech.com.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they're defective or damaged. Email us at chris@ffb-tech.com to start an exchange.
